In my current position, I manage programs that help transfer students connect with our campus while building skills that help them succeed before, during, and after the Transfer Process.
The On TRAC to Transfer Bootcamp scales up existing major-specific Transfer Access Programs to meet the needs of more students, including those who have not decided on a major.

This module introduces transfer students to Transfer Readiness Zones, broad skill areas that serve as a guide to support community college students as they transfer to the 4-year institution.
I created Transfer Readiness Zones from the Universities at Shady Grove Career Competencies, which are adapted from the NACE Career Competencies.
This module is focused on Career Readiness, supporting students through the creation of their Personal Brand. This will serve as the last module in the On TRAC to Transfer Bootcamp.
